With Christmas around the corner we are working hard to get orders in the mail ASAP. In most cases your order will go out same day if ordered before 2pm, next day after 2 pm.

We use Stamps.com to send all our packages, you will be receiving an email from them regarding tracking info on the day your package ships. Please check your trash box or enable emails from Stamps.com so you have access to your tracking info.

Retail Rates

$0-$52.00 = $5.00

$52.01-$70.00 = $7.50

$70.01-$105.00 = $10.00

$105.01-$145.00 = $12.50

$145.01 & up = $15.00

Exchanges

Our goal is happy and satisfied customers. If you need a different size, please email Jen at andersonsinmn@gmail.com and we can work out an exchange. Please note that we do not accept returns.

Exchanges will be rejected for the following reasons:

a.)  The merchandise has been used or washed.

b.)  The merchandise returns damaged-not due to a sewing defect.

* Be advised shipping fees are non-refundable.  Special circumstances or unusual reasons for returns will not be processed until they have been evaluated and approved by Polar Mitts.

** The shade of our fabrics may vary by product, production run, website and printed catalog.  Polar Mitts does not guarantee consistency in shades.

Sizing

It does save time and money on both ends to consult our sizing chart before ordering:

Kids Mittens:

Child S (2-3), M (4-5), L (6-7), XL (8-9) 10 and up we suggest going to adult sizing.

Adult measurements below are fingertip to wrist.

S-7.5" M-8" L-8.5" XL-9.0"

We are able to custom make an XXL, typically XXLs are 9.5", but we can work with the width as well. Please email us at polarmitts@hotmail.com to request a custom XXL after ordering online.
